Fees

Center for Progressive Therapies LLC, in coordination with Ahwatukee Psychology LLC offers services for individuals, couples, groups and families- serving children, adolescents, adults and seniors. We are a teaching group practice with a variety of clinicians including interns, licensed associate and professional counselors who will coordinate services and treatment to meet your needs. We accept self-pay and some insurance-pay plans for payment. Cash and all major credit cards (including health savings accounts) are accepted for payment.

Payment is due at time of service and the fee is dependent on your clinician. Sliding scale for self-pay available!

Group Counseling rates are $50 self-pay or your insurance co-pay.

Clinicians licensed at a Professional level: (LPC/LCSW/LMFT)

Intake: $180.00

Ongoing Sessions: $150.00

Accepts self-pay and/or only the insurance plans they are individually contracted with at in-network rates. All other insurance companies may be submitted for out-of-network reimbursement and fees will be determined based on out-of-network benefits by insurance plan.

Clinicians licensed at an Associate level:(LAC/LMSW/LAMFT)

Intake: $150.00

Ongoing Sessions: $120.00

Accepts self-pay, BCBS, Aetna, and Cigna/Evernorth insurance at in-network rates. All other insurance companies may be submitted for out-of-network reimbursement and fees will be determined based on out-of-network benefits by insurance plan.

Behavioral Health Technicians and Interns

Accepts self-pay or AHCCCS Insurance

Ongoing Sessions: $75.00

Intake: $100

In accordance with Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, health care providers and health care facilities are required to provide a good faith estimate of expected charges for items and services to individuals who are not enrolled in plan or coverage or a Federal health care program, or not seeking to file a claim with their plan or coverage both orally and in writing, upon request or at the time of scheduling health care items and services. This individualized estimate will be provided at the time a new service is requested and scheduled or upon request.
